Many of us are living with a problem of Over-weight. In recent years, I have learned a trick to transform my body from Over-weight😒😒😒😒 to a Perfect-weight 😊😊😊😊.
This post is to reveal the trick and share my experience.

Overweight does not only fault your appearance, But sometimes this issue is very close to the heart for few of us and it just hurts in your daily life progress.
Sometimes, When you meet one of your friend after couple of months and suddenly he/she observes and say "oh, Man you look a little more fat "... Then it could spoil your mood for the complete day.
I had faced this many times. Or It just could try to wear a dress/shirt for the first time in few months and you realize the dress goes out of fit. These are the worst feelings and can shake your confidence.
Yes, it's close to the heart feelings.
Let's come to the point,
My Journey of becoming perfect weight was only four months, In January, I was 78 kg and in April I reduced to 68 kg.
To start with, Question for you to self-evaluate.
Human body is made up of cells, When a person was 100 kg weight and he managed to reduce it to 70 kg, Assume he had 100000 cells before he reduce the weight.
Question is how much cells he would have now after weight loss?
Answer is when the body weight is reduced from 100 kg to 70 kg, The total number of cells in the body remain constant, what makes you look fat is not the number of cells, in fact it is the size of the fat cell. the size of the cell becomes big and body part belongs to those cells looks fat and flabby.

So, Now what makes a fat cell big?
If a cell contains a bad fat, then it looks big. the bad fat is injected in to a cell is taken from the blood. In detail, Blood is a circulating fluid and carries all the necessary vitamins, minerals ,fat produced by the digestive system to all living cells.

So, Why blood carries a bad fat? or How bad fat is mixed with blood?
Improper digestion of foods inside our digestive systems leads to output of impure/toxic substances of fats, vitamins, minerals etc. These bad substances mixed with blood and transported to living cell.

So, Why a food is not properly digested?
This is the critical part and holds my trick , In this section,we will see why improper digestion and how to fix it.

One of the main reason which I experienced is eating the food in big pieces, slight chewing , almost swallowing, Once the big chunk of food reaches the stomach, Literally the stomach acid struggles to digest the food and food is improperly digested.
To explain this in the way I understand with an example. Slice a potato and take a big piece and do oil fry for 2 minutes, you will see the inner portions would be soft and still partially fried/not fried at all, Unlike the outer portions, the outer portions will be crispy, completely fried.
but if you take a small piece of potato and fry it for 2 minutes, you can see all inner/outer portions of that piece would have properly fried.
The trick is to make sure you intake a food in small pieces which is very convenient for digestive system.
When a Food is properly digested, All other problems will be automatically fixed. The digestive system will produce Good vitamins, minerals , fat and mix with blood. When you have a pure blood. it will feed all the cells with good nutrients, vitamins, fats etc. this way your fat cell also will have the good fat and you will automatically see yourself in a perfect weight for your height.
This is what I did and it sounds to me more logical when I learned this from my MASTER.
More importantly it worked for me.
Find the solution part- step by step process and my experience following this.
Solution:
a. You teeth is your Boon, Once you intake a piece of food, Chew it, chew it, chew it, chew it. Until you realize/feel the food is broken down in to small pieces and it is getting mixed with your saliva. Literally once you will feel this, then eat the food to your stomach.
This way you have to chew a food at-least 15 times before you intake. Mixing the food with Saliva will help you in digestive system. Saliva is a great catalyst for digestion unlike Water.
Then take the second piece of food and repeat the same process until you complete your meal.
b. Drinking water - Water is not good for digestion, because when you drink water while taking food, The water can dissolve the stomach acid and can reduce the intense and will become impotence, All to affect the digestive system..
so why to drink water when you eat your food, or when you are hungry.
Strictly Avoid drinking water for 30 minutes before your meal, while taking your meal and 30 minutes after your meal.
c. Swallowing Air inside the digestive system- Air is another substance which could weak your digestive system. Stomach acid could not properly digest the food ,So once you intake a food, Close your mouth to restrict the air from outside and start chewing it, chew it chew it, We should not open the mouth until you are not ready to intake the next piece of food.
d.Stop eating - Once your stomach acid is completely discharged, this might not be generated until you next meal. So you should not take a food once the stomach acid is over for a meal. There is a good indication that your digestive system will send you a message to stop eating in the form of burp
burp- a small amount of air released from your stomach to mouth, the noise will be very small and this is the indication the food is properly digested. you can wait for couple of burps to happen before you stopping your meal.
Note: There is another type of burp happen with the smell of food that you ate. this is different and indicates indigestion, Generally this will happen once after couple of hours of your meal , This burp is little noisy and with a food smell.
e. Stomach acid - You should eat your food only when the stomach acid is generated/formed inside the digestive system, but how do you know the digestive system is ready to digest food ?
It's simple. you will feel hungry, you should eat the meal only when you feel hungry, otherwise don't take the meal until you feel hunger.
Summary :
a. Chew a piece of food at-least 15 times, Mix it with saliva before taking it to stomach.
b. Don't drink water, 30 minutes before the meal, taking the meal and after the meal.
c. Close your mouth and restrict the Air while eating.
d. Stop eating when the burp is released from the stomach through your mouth.
e. Eat only if you are hungry.
My experience:
a. Initial days when I started this, I started feeling a pain in my chin and mouth part because of proper chewing . So if you don't feel the pain then you are not eating properly.
b. It is completely OK, if you are not able to follow this method of eating continuously. the benefit is counted for each time you eat in this method. honestly I followed only 60 to 70 percent of times from January to April month. I still see a very good result.
c. I felt this method of eating resolves other stomach problems like constipation, stomach upsets, stomach is relaxed.
d. I could not follow this method for any continuous three weeks in that 4 month period.
sometimes I get stomach upsets , To fix any stomach upsets, you should not take any further meal until the stomach get's normal. I always skip my dinner and would not take a food until I feel hungry again, This way, we are off-loading the work from digestive system and giving the body sometime to fix all the stomach issues.
e. Sometimes I eat salty food and tempted to drink water, In that case , Just drink a very little water, I follow this sometimes but not for all meal.
f. Sometimes you will not feel hungry, but you might have to eat due to unavoidable dinner with friends, this is OK, just go and hang-out, Just make sure not to do it frequently.
g. One important note
This method does not require you to do any exercises and you can eat anything, there is no restriction.
